About Me
R' Rafi Amar Mashgiach and Program Director for the Chavra D’Hilchisa program, is dedicated to enhancing the program's effectiveness and ensuring a meaningful experience for all participants. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, he attended Yeshiva Tiferes Yisroel for elementary school, high school, and Beis Medrash. Currently learning in Beis Medrash at the Rabbinical Seminary of America (Chofetz Chaim Queens), he is on the path to obtaining Semicha under the guidance of the Roshei HaYeshiva at RSA.
